Your wedding is one of the most precious times in your life and should be documented accordingly. As your special day unfolds, we will shoot passionately behind the scenes to capture those special moments that make for timeless photographs. We will also organize formal portraits when necessary.

General

The Wedding Photography Packages listed below are meant to serve as a guideline only. We bundle our Wedding Photography Packages based on past demand, but we are always willing to custom tailor the wedding photography package to your personal tastes. Call us to discuss your preferences and special requests. Depending on your personal tastes, our Wedding Photography Packages can comprise traditional style of wedding photography, our ever popular casual tropical beach wedding photography, as well as more "avant-garde" photojournalistic style of wedding photography.

Equipment

In terms of Equipment, we use professional grade Digital equipment.. The image quality of the latest cameras exceeds the quality provided by film and allows us to create unique images and effects in a timely fashion.

We shoot the entire wedding on the highest resolution Professional Digital Cameras and we carry redundant backup equipment so that we are never vulnerable to equipment failure. Our photographers are free to use whatever equipment they are comfortable with including Nikon and Canon professional grade cameras.

For our premium packages we light large interiors with location studio lighting. Lights are modified by large soft boxes that diffuse the light and provide soft flattering light. Lighting is subject to numerous restrictions and will be confirmed with the facilities to be used.

What's Included In Our Wedding Packages

Each wedding photography package is supplied with online proofing and order capabilities.

You get your images plus Limited Reproduction Rights along with your package - this is the equivalent of giving you the negatives. This allows you to make your own enlargements and copies of your wedding photography at any photo store of your choice at a fraction of the price it would cost you to have the photographer do it for you. You are not tied to ordering your reprints or enlargements from us.

We offer a high quality online reprint and enlargement ordering service at very affordable rates. This service is recognized as one of the best in the industry. Print Pricing List

Within 14 days after your wedding you will be able to view your images on line and place your orders. You can easily view and select the images, pay for them online through the secure server, and the images will be delivered to your door, typically in less than one week of placing your order.

This makes it very convenient for you, your family and friends to order reprints, saving you considerable time and now you won't have to coordinate with everyone to find out who wants what in terms of reprints and enlargements - just send them to your password protected wedding page and let them order the images they want.

Includes a CD containing all photographs with Reproduction Rights assigned to you allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements.

Deposit

A deposit is required to book your wedding date. We reserve the entire day(s) for a wedding, even if it is a package that only has a 3-5 hour shoot. The reason we do it this way, is to protect you in case something goes wrong, such as a delay or other schedule conflict that was not anticipated.

We require a 50% deposit payable within the week the wedding is booked. This reserves the day(s) for your wedding (including reception, rehearsal, portraits, etc within the package you have selected.) We will not reserve your wedding day(s) until your deposit is received.

The balance is to be paid no less than 10 days prior to the wedding.

Can a Deposit be Refunded?

We don't refund the money, but you maintain that money as a 2 year credit with Coastal Impressions Photography, and it can be used for any service we offer and is 100% transferable. With many studios you lose the deposit if your plans change, with us you have simply prepaid for photography services.

Payment Arrangements

We understand that not everyone can spare several hundred dollars at one time for a deposit or for the final payment. Interest free payment arrangements can be made for all clients and are determined on a case by case basis.

Travel Expenses

Any venue that is located more than 50 miles from Kingsland, GA may be charged a travel fee of $1.50 per mile (one way). This fee includes all travel expenses including meals. If an overnight stay is required a fee of $75.00 per night, per photographer will also apply.

Make-up Artists/Hairdressers

We work with a variety of Hairdressers and Make-up artists throughout the area. Although we do not include their fees with our packages, we would be happy to help you locate a reliable artist to help in your preparations.
